A Banquet of Inner Selves Vase
A surreal banquet where each guest wears an animal's face but dines with a human soul.
In this hand-painted piece, a cast of symbolic figures gather around a richly set table: a visual meditation on instinct, identity, and the fragmented self.
The panda and giraffe sit close, mirroring a soft yet grounded connection; the pig devours without shame, while the zebra watches in calm detachment. A poised peacock guards her silence, the elephant reads with contemplative weight, and from the shadows, an owl with a candle stands apart the embodiment of conscience.
This work invites the viewer not only to observe, but to recognize themselves in the feast. It is a theatre of inner truths, where elegance and excess, wisdom and hunger coexist.
